So basically, you go up to the top bar, click trainer card maker, and then VOILA! You've got... A TRAINER CARD MAKER! YEY! :P (note: you must upload your trainer card to the website before you can save it to your computer. To do that, click "save and download" and... you know...) To get the waving flag effect, go here:

When you see the "waving flag effect" at the top of the page, click, "use this effect", then select your trainer card from your pictures. Well, that's all for now dudes! :P
